Unlike flat metallic paints, the finish of Silver Tweed is a result of light-reactive layering. Hand-sculpted ridges meet a complex, multi-stage application of metallic leaf, graphite, and mineral glazes.

The surface is designed to respond to its environment, capturing and refracting ambient light across its intricate, woven topography.

Each "stitch" in the plaster is hand-sculpted using a refined variation of the signature oscillation technique. The vertical orientation emphasizes a cascading, liquid-metal effect that mimics the drape of a heavy industrial textile.

Multiple layers of silver-reactive pigments and dark mineral washes are introduced to create high-contrast shadows within the recesses. This ensures the piece maintains a deep, rhythmic complexity, appearing to vibrate with movement as the viewer changes perspective.
