”Le vent souffle dans les roseaux et laisse découvrir, juste derrière, le terrain de jeu favori des flamants roses. Les salins aux couleurs rose orangé qui s’ évaporent et cristallisent me fascinent, transformés par la main humaine en imposantes montagnes de sel blanc.

The wind blows in the reeds and reveals the favourite playground of the pink flamingos behind. The orange-pink coloured saltworks that evaporate and crystallise fascinate me, transformed by human hands into imposing mountains of white salt.”
