”Le soleil brûlant de l’été intensifie les senteurs de la garrigue environnante. On y cueille du thym, du romarin, de la sarriette et de l’origan. J’aime la sensation des branches sèches entre mes doigts et l’odeur qui s’y imprègne.

The scorching summer sun intensifies the scents of the surrounding scrubland. We pick thyme, rosemary, winter savory and oregano. I like the feeling of the dry branches between my fingers and the smell that permeates them.”
