ORDER PROCESSING

Every bespoke artwork and art-print is made to order, we strive to minimise any delays and expedite the shipping process.

PACKAGING

Bespoke artworks are carefully packaged for shipping, utilising cardboard boxes, wooden crates or other mediums chosen based on the artwork’s specific dimensions, weight and level of durability. Art-prints are shipped in protective cardboard roll tubes. Please note, in order to reduce waste, we will pack multiple orders into a single tube unless you request separate packaging in the notes section on the shopping cart page.

HONG KONG

Delivery of bespoke artworks are handled individually by case, please refer to our customer service at info@elsajeandedieu.com for delivery arrangements. Free delivery for art-prints in Hong Kong through SF Express. Please allow up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you place your order for delivery of art-prints.

INTERNATIONAL

Currently we can deliver to Australia, Canada, France, Hong Kong, Italy, Malaysia, Singapore, United Kingdom, USA.

If your country is not included please drop us a line so we can check delivery to your location!

International delivery times will vary by location and during these uncertain times we cannot guarantee a delivery timeframe. Delivery of bespoke artworks are handled individually by case, please refer to our customer service at info@elsajeandedieu.com for delivery arrangements. For art-prints, please allow roughly 2-3 weeks after you place your order for us to process and deliver your goods via courier. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur upon delivery.
